Earlier this week, stltoday.com, 'the #1 St. Louis website', published an article on Cincinnati. Yes, you read that right. The article, written by Pat Eby, describes a "whirlwind" weekend through the city of Eby's youth and has the author discovering all sorts of old and new favorites in town.
Among the marvels Eby cites as particularly memorable are the new Fountain Square, the Taft Museum of Art, the rise of over the river entertainment in the areas of Covington and Newport, the Northside neighborhood and more.
While many articles written here in Cincinnati about similar topics often are written with personal biases and agendas worked in, this article is interesting because it is written by an outsider. It is written solely based on what the author experienced, and is not influenced by political leanings or knowledge of previous decisions. It is a portrayal of where our city is at right now.
